Design Story

The front-facing label is built as an architectural elevation: a Gothic pointed arch with tracery at its centre, flanked by two crouched gargoyles above two draped mourning figures, heads bowed in stillness. Typography sits mid-panel in restrained serif caps, with SEANCE as the dominant weight and AT BLACK HOLLOW, CRYPT, CATHEDRAL, FOREVER stepping down in a clean hierarchy. A small skull anchors the base within scrolling rose ornament. Palette is disciplined, pewter grey and antique bronze against near-black, with two warm points of candlelight in the arch as the only heat in the composition. The cream box carries the same motif in gold line work, an inverted tonal echo.

Ambiance & Styling

On a candle jar the artwork wraps as a single dark panel, so the pale wax reads as negative space above it and the deep wood-toned lid closes the silhouette like a plinth. Shelf presence is high without shouting, and boxed alongside the jar it presents as a considered gift set.
