The eye lands on the face first: pale, tear-streaked, framed by a lace veil and a thin crown of stars. Everything else on the label arranges itself around that stare.
Design Story
The artwork is built like a shattered mirror. Fracture lines run across a moonlit cathedral spire, a rising full moon and rows of lit candles, breaking the scene into panes without losing the figure at its centre. She reaches one hand forward, fingers half-open, more invitation than threat. Around the image sits a heavy bronze-toned frame: winged sentinels at the corners, a small skull at the crest, scrollwork, faux pearls and a scatter of deep red and ivory roses along the lower edge. Warm candle glow against cold blue moonlight gives the composition its contrast, and the ornate border keeps the mood formal rather than chaotic.
Ambiance & Styling
Wrapped front-facing on the candle jar, the framed panel reads as a portrait plaque. The cream jar leaves clean negative space above and below, so the label sits like a mounted picture, while the wood-toned lid closes the composition with a warm horizontal line. On a shelf, mantel or dressing table it works as a small statement object, and it presents well as a gift for anyone drawn to Victorian gothic styling.
